Give It A Good Look!!!

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sean and I am the owner and lead inspector at Good Look Home Inspections LLC. As an active member in the home inspection “family”, and member of the community, I pride myself on continuing education, as well as assisting other home inspectors cross train to better improve our industry.

A bit about Me:

I was born and raised here in the great state of Arizona. I grew up on a horse ranch where I worked our ranch up until leaving for the US Marine Corps in 1996. Our family consists of my beautiful wife Nikki, our son Cody, and two daughters Cassidy and Jayden.

about-us I served in the US Marine Corps 96-04, and I returned back home to work construction installing windows and doors as well as worked as a roofer for Clayton Homes. The experience and knowledge I gained has helped me as a home inspector to understand how a roof is properly installed and how to notice issues which need to be addressed, as well as recognizing installation or function issues with doors and windows.

After a few years, I transitioned over to be an LP Gas Technician for a major franchise gas company for over two years. The experience and knowledge I gained has helped my understand how to recognize gas line issues or leaks, as well as being able to recognize appliance installation issues.

After working as an LP gas technician, I began working my way up in the home restoration industry where I became fluent in all aspects of remodeling homes to include kitchen and bath upgrades, room additions, adding or removing walls, flooring, roofing, and electrical. IMG_2998 As well as working in the home remodeling industry, I have carried an active real estate license since 2011 and have a complete and full understanding of the real estate market and home buying process works.

All of these experiences have been the core of my foundation and have provided me the ability to not just be “certified”, but be actually “QUALIFIED” to inspect your home… Thank you for the opportunity to be part of your family’s home buying process.

God Bless, Sean Doherty
